Reprint from Artificial Lawyer -

This week’s AL TV Product Walk Through features Docgility and their newly released Docgility Virtual Collaboration Network (VCN), a platform that enables companies to digitally interconnect and negotiate contracts in real-time.

Docgility, previously known as My Legal Einstein, started with its core Docgility Contracts platform for contract review, collaboration, negotiation, and execution. Connecting to VCN extends this capability beyond organizational boundaries, eliminating the need to send documents back and forth. By using a peer-to-peer negotiation API, VCN ensures all parties maintain control of their own data while seamlessly interacting with other network participants.

Taking us through the video is CEO and founder, Jim Chiang. He demonstrate the core product and its VCN integration, walking through multi-company negotiation scenarios involving corporations and their law firms.

CEO and founder, Chiang, added: ‘Docgility has solved a fundamental contracting challenge – the ability to securely collaborate and negotiate contracts in real-time with external parties without sending documents back and forth.  No more cumbersome version control problems. No more ping-pong with contracts.  Each party can also use their own playbooks, templates, and AI agents throughout the process.’
